I ordered an Apple Watch band as a birthday present for my boyfriend. Unfortunately when I ordered the band got redirected to an old address as Auspost does not deliver letters to parcel collects and I didn’t get the band. I contacted Strapify to see if they could do anything. Got a super quick response and they sent out a new band free of charge which was fantastic. As for the band, it’s great. Good quality and looks like the picture. Customer service was fantastic, would 100% recommend purchasing from this company!
