Classic Tee - Light Blue

Ordered this shirt and used Apple Pay with prefilled shipping address. Company put incomplete address on shipping label so USPS refused to deliver and returned to sender. Customer service was extremely rude. Stated I would need to wait till item was returned back to their warehouse and then wait another 10 business days to receive a refund. After arguing, refund was “issued” and customer service rep stated, and I quote, “I've gone ahead and processed a full refund so you can repurchase with the correct address (make sure to include Unit 322 this time!). 😊.” Literally was their fault, not mine!! Oh also still have not received a refund, and this email correspondence took place on 5/20. Needles to say i will not be purchasing and will inform others to not purchase. All my friends cancelled their orders as well. WeRateDogs you fail!

I love my item and this company! They rescue and help dogs with medical needs with the money made from the purchases. It's a win/win. Their social media is fantastic too with great feel good videos. I try to watch for their sales because their items aren't inexpensive, but they are well made. I was slow to this sale so didn't get exactly what I wanted, but I still love my 2 for 1 T-shirts. Great company
