Red Shiny Mini Double Bow Tote

The bag is beautiful but the opening isn't very wide. I will be using it at Christmas. The only big complaint that I have is with communication and packaging. I never received confirmation of my order. I emailed and heard nothing. When it arrived the box had one strip of tape all the way around the box and the flap was half open. The bag was wrapped in plastic but wasn't secured within the box. I received it 7 days after ordering which was quick. I don't know what has happened with this company but I don't think I will be ordering anymore from them. I love these bags and bought my first one back in 2013/14 I think. But whoever is running it now has obviously lost interest in the business. When someone pays for something they need confirmation of received payment and order and updates about shipping. Thank you.
