Customer Service NOT!

Ordered on sale the wrong sizes for our dogs and then reordered the correct size expecting to be able to return the unused with tags on smaller sizes. When I finally got a return call from “customer service” I was informed that the winter coats bought on sale were final sale and therefore not eligible for refund or exchange. After several attempts to find a compromise with CP; I realized they were more willing to lose a client of over a decade than find a solution over two on sale (but still expensive) unused winter coats. I will never shop with CP again and suggest anyone considering a purchase to consider their customer service or more to the truth…. . lack of
