This machine works good and I would recommend it. Love the cold and the compression. It does not have a timer. And setting it up with a smart plug with a programed routine does not work. The issue is the machine has an electronic on and off button. Not a manual toggle switch. so yes a smart plug will turn it off by cutting the power off, but when the smart plug restores the power to turn it back on, the machine's switch stays off. You need to manually turn it on, which negates the purpose of the smart plug. You can't set it to ON for 30 minutes, then OFF for 30 minutes, then back on for 30 minutes (automatically without touching the switch). So, no therapy while sleeping or napping. Other then that issue, love the machine.

Disappointed..false advertising

I am disappointed in the service. I ordered my product on Dec 23 and I paid $44 for FED X overnight shipping. The order was fulfilled on Dec 24 and FED X picked up package by 5 pm according to tracking. Tracking told me I would receive the package on Dec 26 which is correct, but on the 26th I check and it is not going to arrive until the 29th. So needless to say I paid $44 extra to get it on the 26th but I could have just stuck with free shipping and got it on the 29th. I would appreciate a refund on my $44 for overnight shipping since I did not get it.

Huge improvement

Putting all the electronics and pumping into the top vs. the older models is a great improvement. We only got 6 months use off the $400 model before it plugged up and stopped working. For the price my expectations are lower this time. The sleeve unit that works for both knee and shoulder is nice. Just using it for knee presently. I will update this in 6 months.
