Best quality beef makes for delicious, healthy meals

We always love getting our box of Dot Seven beef and for this busy mom on the go, stew meat, roasts and ground beef are staples here. We recently ordered a good amount of Dot Seven Ranch stew meat and it did Not Disappoint! So far we’ve made homemade chili, beef ragu (like spare rib ragu but just using stew meat), chili colorado to name a few. As a scratch cook I appreciate the quality and know that in buying local, and getting to know the family that produces this beef, I’m getting the best products available for my family and that the livestock is well cared for with good handling and general care practices. Sorry for the long review, but I’m a little ratatouille about discovering this ranch and their products.
