After he saw this at the NY store this year, he couldn't believe it! Well made, fit perfectly! Didn't come in time for Christmas, so gave as New Years gift!

Almost perfect

Bought for my daughter who saw it in person and fell in love and hasn’t stopped talking about it. Arrived and it was perfect except for an approximately 2-inch scratch on the front of the suit where the fabric has been ruined.

Poor customer service experience

I’m really disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought an item for my grandson, but the size was wrong. While the mailing timelines were clear in the confirmation email, the actual mailing was different from what was communicated, which affected my return period. The customer service was not helpful at all. Not even allowing for an exchange for an unopened, unused item. I didn’t do my research before buying and now see numerous unresolved consumer complaints. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service after the store's comeback. I won’t be purchasing here again or through any third-party retailers. They charge premium prices but act like a bargain basement clearance center. While my grandson did not wear the costume, it appears to be uncomfortable to wear for more than a very short time period.
