Order shipped and arrived as expected from what was listed. This book is great quality and was given as a retirement gift, loved by the person who received it.

Never received item

I ordered "100 Hikes of a Lifetime" 3 weeks before Christmas, in plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. UPS lost the package and I had to file a claim with UPS. Graphic Image did not offer to replace the item, or offer help in any way. Basically, it was my problem. Therefore, I had to place another order for the item and pay an additonal $60 for expedited shipping with FedEx. I understand that Graphic Image is not responsible for shipping delays or problems, but I would have expected for Graphic Image to send a replacement at no additional charge, knowing that they could recover the loss through a claim with UPS. This year I've had problems in shipping with both USPS and UPS and the other retail companies issed a refund and a replacement for me. Graphic Image's customer service is horrible and I will never order from this company again, and will not recommend Graphic Image to my friends. My second order is supposed to arrive today, next business day air...I truly hope the item arrives.

Beautiful book

This was a gift to an avid hiker. He loved it. He is actually going to plan his next big trip/hike from the book. The photos are beautiful.
