Amazing! I would highly recommend! The customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the products is just as impressive. I contacted customer service regarding a snorkel that was showing as sold out on the website, as I wanted it to match the colour of the mask I was purchasing. I received a very prompt response from the lovely Elle, who let me know they had actually received more stock and that it was available to order. My order arrived beautifully packaged, complete with a personalised note, which made the whole experience feel extra special. Unfortunately, I noticed that the pouch included in my bundle was missing from the parcel. Once again, Elle came to the rescue and quickly arranged for the missing pouch to be sent separately! The entire experience was hassle-free, personal, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you so much, Elle, and the whole team. Such a lovely company!
