I'm currently enjoying completing my cross-stitch and am satisfied with the quality of product materials. However, I am irritated that the website makes intentional effort to emphasise that it is an Australian site with Australian products but was not transparent that the item would be sent from overseas. I selected this site with the intent to support locally but was clearly packaged internationally with text instructions that was poorly translated to English, further reducing the sense of authenticity.
