Order sent to incorrect address . I then had to argue that it had not been delivered. The communication was so poor I felt the company was hoping I would just give up. This was a birthday gift- there was no point sending another as the milestone was missed My request for a refund was completely ignored. Lastly this company presents itself as Australian but is China based. Never again.
