Defective Ball, no after-sale service response

I was careful to follow the "Ball Care & Inflating" instructions provided in the flyer. To protect the valve, I moistened the needle with soapy water before inserting and twisting it in the specified direction. Since I followed all the provided instructions and the ball appears to be defective. I write the store an email but didn't get any response back.
