VIBRANCE™ Melody

I had settled on the Vibrance Melody with help from AI. My aim was to support the Canadian economy. I found that the volume adjustment is problematic. Three taps works fine sometimes, but no matter how carefully I tap, it sometimes registers as 2 taps and changes tracks/videos. Volume control is probably the most frequent function, so the design should really map that function to one tap. In contrast, changing tracks/videos is the most disruptive operation and is not reversible. Even if you return to the previous track, your position is lost. Therefore it should require 3 taps so that it isn't accidentally triggered. All the other functions (volume change, pause/continue) are reversible, so they should be mapped to fewer than 3 taps. That way, if I tap 3x to change tracks/videos and it misregisters as 2 taps, the damage is reversible. Because of the problematic design, I find myself constantly walking back to my laptop to correct things. Often, I'm not free to even do that. Esesentially, I cannot use these earbuds. I tried to return the earbuds, but the lowest cost of shipping plus tracking was half the price of the earbuds.
