The case is completely backwards compared to another one I ordered. The Apple Pencil doesn’t sit properly in the holder. The magnet is on the opposite side of the holder. The velvet caviar logo is upside down when propped up. This is the second case I bought from velvet caviar and the second case that has been messed up. I first ordered a phone case from them that alleged to be MagSafe, but did not work with their thin MagSafe battery packs. I contacted customer service and received no response after a week. My daughter has had good experiences with them, but I have yet to have a nice experience and I don’t believe I’ll be shopping with them again.
