This is the second metal frame purchased, the soldering broke after 18 months on my original one.

The frame was sent as a replacement, as the original one was difficult to slot together and wobbled on the floor.
The customer service was brilliant and I have recommended them to others.

Ordered a frame as I had the mesh cover already, the description said it wouldn’t come in a bag but would have HD feet. So I never ordered the HD feet. But it arrived in a bag with no HD feet, took 7 working days to arrive which for a big company is quite poor, so don’t order if you’re in any hurry.
