Easy to install with a manual lawn edging tool and a rubber mallet. Occasionally used a metal mallet. Steel product is stout. It will corrode eventually but hopefully lasts a long time. The perforated feature should properly allow the water to pass between the rock path and the bordering grass. More rocks next! Customer service was great! Felt good to so quickly talk to a live body!

Amazing innovation

I wanted trim to keep rock out of grass. Husband pushed back because of drainage concerns. When I found this product we were able to compromise. This product performs well where water pooling could be an issue. The trim was sturdy, well made, comparatively easy to install and allows water to drain through the holes while preventing the river rock from spilling into the grass. Also, trimming against it is easier than having a trim less border and looks more crisp/modern. Highly recommend
