I was initially concerned because when I ordered, I did not recieve a confirmation or order number...if I did, I missed it. I emailed the "contact us" email and had a response with tracking number within the hour!! I was then contacted a few more times by different individuals who updated me on the shipping all the way until the package hit my doorstep. When I initiated the concern, it seemed like everyone who worked there took a personal interest to make sure I received the product! Totally awesome customer service! With regards to the product.......I bought a golf shirt that was high quality and was as described. The only thing I didn't appreciate was immediately after I purchased the $95.00 shirt, and I mean immediately like 5 minutes after the sale, I received an email (which I thought was the order number or confirmation number) offering me a 15% discount on my next purchase. Maybe I could have received a 15% discount for being a 1st time buyer...... Honestly, they could have at least waited a week or something to send me the offer rather than 5 minutes after i purchased my first item. I will probably purchase from then again. Great product and great customer service!!
