Cannot keep top part of case on - just keeps popping off. Unusable, will have to get another one. Colour is nice and material is nice

Really disappointed with this product. It didn’t fit properly. The top wouldn’t stay on. It left my case sticky. The bottom didn’t come up high enough. It’s off centre and won’t budge. I can’t get it fully on and I can’t remove it. Not sure if they are all like that or if I got a bad batch
