Deceptive return policy

Avantwood will not allow me to return because I purchased on sale. They are always on sale. Deceptive business practice. I wanted to get this for my husband for our 5th anniversary and after getting my it he explained how wood wasn’t practical for him given what he does for work. Now I can’t get refunded. This company also took weeks to respond. Highly recommend other companies with better customer support.
