Order stuck at border

My order is stuck at the border since May 12. Disappointed.

Issue with the middle zipper

I thought I would love this bag, but the middle zipper keeps sticking, and I have trouble closing it. I also didn't love the snap closure on one side, as it kept opening even when I didn't have anything in the bag.

I Like This

I say like not love. I would love and give five stars if all the compartments had zippers. Put too many things in the ones with magnets and they don’t stay closed. Of course though I do Love the matte luxe material. How about more soft, pastels in color choices?
