The bag is beautiful and they helped me tie the bandrole that I purchased with the bag. DHL missed to pick up my package so there was a bit of a delay, but when I enquired lalage’s customer service of the delivery status, they looked into the matter quickly and got DHL to pick up the package on the same day.
