Sock slips off and doesn't fit well in the shoe

The sock slips off in any shoe easily. Granted they are an ankle sock, but previous generations of the AllBird ankle sock were great and didn't have the problem. They also seem to be a bit thicker than in the past in certain places specifically the heel. I expect that the design choice was made to thicken the heel piece to keep friction on the shoe and keep the sock high, but it has the opposite affect. The sock rolls and gets pushed down into the shoe. This happens at a much higher frequency with the AllBird shoes than with other shoes, but is problematic in any shoe. I am eager to try the next generation where hopefully they return to basics a bit. They're also a bit too small. I have a pretty standard male foot and i bought the xl sock and it still isnt a great fit.

Not a bad sock. Probably just a little too low-profile, it Inlike the thinness of the sock.

Terrible. Extremely small.
