Quality bag

The only thing I would change about this bag is the luggage attachment strap. Could be tighter or adjustable for a snugger fit

It’s a little smaller than I expected, but that was due for lack of experience on my part! Overall I Iove the bag though and it’s great quality!

Not impressed

I emailed you about my issues and nobody returned my email. This was my second bag and I am disappointed. The bag advertized has darker leather and contrasts with the gray bag. My bag, All flat gray. It looks like one color.
