Great mattress, bad fit, easy swap

Well made mattress that initially felt great. Unfortunately it's ultimately too firm for me and my partner. I'm a 130lb female who sleeps on back and side, and partner is 180lb male who sleeps on side, back, and sometimes stomach. My partner didn't have any soreness but wants a "plusher" mattress, and I've woken up with sore shoulders if I'm on my side too much. But this isn't a mattress quality problem, just a mattress fit problem - we definitely went too firm for our taste. I reached out to Helix and they were so easy and great to work with. They've organized a new mattress to be shipped - we're trying the Dusk Elite - as well as old mattress removal. The whole process, from the initial buying to the mattress swap, couldn't have been easier. I'll be a Helix customer for life.

It’s fine

Definitely a step up from what I had before. However, this is supposed to be a firm mattress, but maybe because of the pillow top does not feel like one. It is comfortable, but for me specifically it isn’t firm enough for my upper and mid back. It feels like it sinks too much right around that area. My wife however finds it to be very comfortable.

It is very comfy and cold. Not sure if it really has improved my sleeping but so far, I'm satisfied with the product. For the price, shipping, and quality, it is a good product. The only bad thing I have to say is that the smell of the plastic that it comes wrapped in, takes a few days to get fully rid off.
