Like nothing I have ever slept on

Love this mattress!! Right amount of support while still feeling like a “nest”. It is different than any other mattress we have had before and took a little while to get used to it. Can’t explain why it took getting used to but we love it in the end. Will buy another when the time comes.

Great mattress- and greater customer service!

My husband and I bought our first Helix a few years ago. He is a VERY large man (think pro basketball player size). His side of the mattress started sagging. I sent pics to Helix. Not only did they replace it- no questions asked- they actually sent us an upgraded model at no additional cost because our original mattress had been discontinued. We have slept so comfortably and soundly. A world of difference! We are definitely huge fans of Helix and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone!!!

I feel like I am still waiting for this mattress to soften just a bit more. I sleep primarily on my side and wish there were just a little more pressure point relief. I usually prefer a firm mattress. My lower back has less pain. I was going back and forth on whether to try the midnight elite. My husband has this on his split king side and really likes it. The twilight elite is definitely much better than my old mattress!
