Good but……

The bed is very comfortable however it is much less firm than I remembered from the model in the store. It came with a soft top that I had to zip into a huge pocket on top of the mattress. My lower back is still sore in the mornings which I was hoping to have improved with a firmer mattress - which I did not get.

So far so good. Has only been couple weeks but we like it. Customer Service is great

Question the Longevity

This was excellent for like the first 3 weeks but then it quickly developed an indentation where my spouse and I sleep. I feel like there is more motion transfer now compared to when I first bought it.
