Sweet Sleep Tincture

This stuff works!

I mix the tincture in my tea before bed and sleep well. I don't wake up groggy either. This will be a permanent part of my sleep hygiene. Thank you Reede!!!!

Love this stuff

I have trouble sleeping, with waking up in the middle of the night and laying there, staring into space making to do lists. Using this tincture I fall asleep more easily and am more likely to sleep through the night, or at least go back to sleep easily if I wake up. It's now and indispensable part of my sleep routine.
