Didn’t work

I have a Nakto green speed bike that I absolutely enjoyed. Unfortunately Nakto doesn’t have any parts available since it’s obsolete. I purchased this controller after speaking with a rep and was told that it should work. I sent a picture of the old controller and I was hoping that this new one would be the right one. Didn’t work.
