This size is awesome for soups and all-in-one meals. I've heard of folks using this for layered meals and I'm eager to try that, too. Excited for the possibilities!

I love these moulds so much. I've bought so many meals from Sam's Club with ease now knowing I have these moulds that I can freeze these meals in. I struggle with dizziness so standing for long is hard so being able to get something from the freezer quickly has been such a godsend. These moulds are amazing.
