The shorts are cool, but company is terrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered three shorts and they’re the wrong size. Trying to exchange them, I emailed them multiple times and filled out two exchange forms. Not a single response. I just want to exchange them for the right size. Insane. It was a $100 order. Haha

The 82nd Ranger Panties I got are phenomenal. I'm very happy with the material, and the logo is terrific. I would like to add I had an issue with the order before it shipped, and mike helped me get it sorted with zero issue within the hour. I am so proud to see a company like this representing Paratroopers and Veterans in general in such a positive manner, and doing business the right way. I will definitely be a customer again in the future. -Eric
