Swim Shampoo and Conditioner Set

It's helping alot

I swim 6 days a week and I have the type of head that does not keep a cap on. It always works its way off my head. My hair had gotten so damaged it was as my grandchildren described as a brillo pad. I don't use every day I use 3 times a week and normal shampoo and condition the other 3 days. I also use the leave-in conditioner every day. It only takes a dab of leave-in as my hair is now very short since cutting it. My hair no longer has that brillo feeling.
