Beautiful yet mine has a loose clasp.

The bracelet is beautiful but has a clasp that does not work. It is loose and won’t lock. The customer service is not great. It has taken emails back and forth and still unresolved issue. I sent a video of clasp and no answer. An exchange should not be this complicated. This is somewhat frustrating. Thankfully it is one of their affordable options. I will keep persistent to get this resolved.

Beautful bracelet. Bought to give as a gift so had to return as it was too big.
