Your heating packs are great with one exception: Even the longest ones are not long enough. I ordered an XL recently and they’re 18” long. Okay for a tummy ache or to drape over cold feet but not as a neck wrap which is where I need it most. My old heating packs from your company is 24” long and guess what? STILL NOT LONG ENOUGH to function as a neck wrap that will STAY ON. And I’m a petite woman. Also my old pack has cherry seeds in it. Not sure why the new ones don’t but the weight of the cherry seeds are great in comparison. Longer & heavier. PLEASE!?
