Cute but runs big

The material is so soft and comfy and the colors are so vibrant. I just find it to run big. It hangs low in the chest even when I tighten the straps. I bought it final sale so unfortunately I can’t size down.

Fun, colorful tank with a flow type fit. Nice fabric.
