Pomegranate the best!

I have over 20 Pomegranate puzzles and they always delight me. A year or two ago I was missing one piece and followed instructions to photograph and tell what line it was on. Soon after I received that piece in a little envelope. When I again was missing a piece I was told that for several reasons Pomegranate now replaces the puzzle even if a different one is desired. After getting instructions from Alycia at Customer Support I received the requested puzzle. It would be hard to find a company with better product and better support. Many thanks!
