I think I added too much water
I made a batch of these pancakes and they were a bit floppy and mushy although they tasted great. I think I added too much water to the mix to get a consistency that I thought was right. Apparently, I was wrong. Next time I will follow the directions on the package. Most pancakes I have had in the past taste like cardboard, but these Lehi pancakes have an incredible flavor that my grandkids and I love.
