Anxiety & Sleep Supplements – Happy Calm

I have been on these for months now . I love the fact that if I need a hit I just increase to two a day . Though once a day works quite well

I certainly notice the difference in my “calm meter” when I forget to take Happy Calm occasionally. Sleep patterns end up topsy turvey.

took a break from this for a few months and it was like night and day! noticed the little changes in mood etc -- back on them now and will now be a non-negotiable!
