A gorgeous, enthralling book

This beautifully-produced book is a treasure. It as so many marvelous reproductions of his works, and his writing is so interesting. It covers his travels, thoughts about his work and other srt, and more. I'm so glad I got it!

I am a fan of Gustave Baumann and had borrowed a copy of this book from the library but knew I wanted a copy for myself. His life story is interesting with lots of footnotes. And of course, the book has many wonderful prints.
