My first purchase was the woolen version, which is equally stylish and wonderfully comfortable, but I wanted something a little lighter for warmer weather. The Alderney fits the bill perfectly. This is one of thr best vests i have definitly spring summer fall vest. Thick linen. Different then a standard linen. Best well worth the cost !!!
