Chill Seeker Cooling Vest Wet Reveal

It was a good idea, it just never kept on the dog straight. It was adjustable, just not as sturdy or stable as I needed. Is this eligible for a refund? I'm tried everything I could. I had to put the harness over the cooling vest, then it looks ridiculous. And added an exrta hot layer.Please advise if a refund is able to be processed. And advise where to ship it. Thanks do much.

Material looks great, but fit runs small, sizing is hard to figure out from the website.

Loved it!! I thought I was gonna have to return it because it wouldn't work but... it works!! It helps if you put in the freezer for 30 mins. You don't need more than that!
