so here’s the thing: The first thing to mention is that I walked into the store in New York City on Lafayette, and it’s probably the best retail service I have received in decades of shopping. Kind, friendly and a good sense of humor with lots of patience with people like me who are a little OCD when they try things on, these folks were great. also, the jacket is incredible as an update on an old design, which should probably be trimmed and tightened for a more modern aesthetic, which is exactly what it is, while retaining the legacy feel of the original M 65. The only little pointer I would give anybody for trying is that the shoulders seem a little bit wider than they advertise and so you may want to downsize by a single size or at the very least try one in person before purchasing, as I did.
