Ordered the silver disc spinner for my daughter, got her initial engraved free on one side and her childrens on the other. Necklace is stunning from the chain to the spinner and the engraving. Would highly recommend.

Great Customer Service. The above item unfortunately arrived very slightly damaged, so I informed the customer service department over a busy Christmas period by email, the return email was very fast. I was then asked to send a picture of the damage, when that was received I was then given the option to have a replacement sent out or my money back. I chose a replacement and we received this within a couple of days. I felt the whole process was very fast and efficient especially as it was Christmas. The disappointment was saved and the necklace looks lovely. Thank you. x
