Ran small!
I got a 10, which is my shoe size. The description said it runs true to size, but it hit my toes. I called to see about getting an 11, but the 12 was not available. The person I spoke to didn’t offer a resolution.

Betsy Johnson stands behind product
Bought a pair 4 mos ago that ripped at the toe. Returned to department store where purchased(Dillards) and would not honor exchange. Contacted Betsy Johnson customer care, and new pair was shipped promptly next day. Happy customer that will continue purchasing this brand directly from their site!
