Betsy Johnson stands behind product
Bought a pair 4 mos ago that ripped at the toe. Returned to department store where purchased(Dillards) and would not honor exchange. Contacted Betsy Johnson customer care, and new pair was shipped promptly next day. Happy customer that will continue purchasing this brand directly from their site!

Very well made! Does not run true to size. I recommend sizing 1/2 size up. Very comfortable and you can style up or down.
