Not quite as dark or big as I need

I purchased 2 pairs of magnum sunglasses this pair and a pair in smoke hoping to find the darkest pair to go over my Rx glasses which even with transition lenses aren't dark enough to keep my eyes from straining in bright sunlight, This pair seems to me to be slightly darker than the smoke pair but still not as dark as I really want them to be. According to the measurements on your website these should fit really well over my Rx glasses but they are a little snug. An extra mm or 2 would've made these absolutely perfect.
