Superb Elixirs

I absolute love the elixir and nourishing protein powders. I am adding both to a morning banana spinach smoothie and have tried my version of Elle’s avocado mousse for lunch. I also make an evening banana chocolate nourishing powder smoothie to satisfy my evening snacking and it does a great job of quelling the evening cravings. My energy is way up, I am finding it easier to engage in exercise, I feel satiated, and my chocolate urges are being met all the while my clothes are fitting looser this week. Bonus is the chocolate protein powder tastes great!
