I bought this on a whim and because I learnt to trust NY Spice shop because I had only great experiences here. This blend is amazing and addictive. I used every bit of it within half a year of purchase and will be restocking. I add a pinch to baked fish and it tames the “fishiness” and punches up savory notes. I love it in clear soups, and stir fries. It’s a feast for your mouth. Very unique flavor, rounded and rich, yet not challenging or weird. It is enough on its own for a quick shrimp sauté (not a pinch of any other spices required). The only drawback is that it requires quite a bit for the flavor to kick in and goes very fast:)) what a fantastic find!!
