My bag arrived late night. Right atfer I opened it up I heard a noise on the ground. I looked to see a piece of plastic laying on the floor. One of the strap holder clips arrived broken. Could have happened in transit. Not Fossa's fault but it is still disappointing to receive a new item and it is already broken.

Nice vertical storage, and very sturdy design. Makes the bag feel lighter with the extra support.
