Bambi Platform Chunky Sneaker

The item is not true to size it runs small by a full size. I have tried to contact Burness per their return instructions (for a week today) and no response. I need to return the shoes because they don't fit, they only give you a 30 day return window, but they haven't answered my messages in shop or the emails that I sent for a return address. Very frustrated at this point, I likely won't buy here again although the shoes are cute because I am not of fan of poor customer service and don't want to get stuck with something I can't wear.
