Broken Leg
Received sofa with broken leg. Last communication with Mcgee and Co was on Dec. 19. Basically at their mercy and assume this is being handled and maybe someday a new leg will just show up. I used to be a huge fan of Studio Mcgee, and have spent huge money with them. Now their customer service has really declined with absolutely no way to speak to a human. I feel like I've been forgotten and my confidence in this company is waning
