GIFT WRAP AND MESSAGE

I really wanted to love this since it was a gift for my little sister, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. While the items were wrapped in tissue paper, the presentation felt rushed and messy, especially with masking tape holding it together. I was also expecting the birthday message to be written on a cute postcard, but instead, it was handwritten with a thick Sharpie on a plain white sticker, which was hard to read and just stuck on the box. Overall, the attention to detail just wasn’t there, and it didn’t feel special enough for a gift. I hope they can improve these aspects in the future.
