Stand by the lifetime warranty

I purchased my original Manly band in the summer of 2023 and was very happy with the product. Unfortunately in March 2026 I noticed that some of the inner of the ring had broken away during normal use, so I contacted the team using the online form regarding the stated lifetime warranty to see if something could be done. I was very pleased with the response. The team were extremely quick to respond, and without any quibble arranged a replacement to be sent out at no further cost to myself. After a few weeks wait (I am an international customer) my replacement ring arrived in the mail as promised, and is in perfect condition. Fantastic customer service and nice to experience a company that stands firmly by their promises. Thankyou Manly Bands.

Excellent products, excellent service

I chose the Gollum Wedding Band for my husband's wedding ring. It was a made-to-order ring. Somehow the wrong size was ordered. Manly bands was so helpful in returning and replacing the ring in time for the wedding. I am so grateful for their service and craftmanship. The ring is beautiful and well worth the money spent.
